Sam is still watching Dr. Jennings, and sees his cell phone ring and the doctor answer it. Sam sees the bus go by, the same one as in his vision. He goes into the store where the guy buys the gun, and he pulls the alarm and leaves the store. The man walks up outside, looking confused, then stops instead of going in, and walks away. Sam thinks everything's okay when suddenly he sees the Impala drive by with someone else in it. Then the doctor's phone rings again, and he picks it up. Sam calls Dean. "Hey! Andy's got the Impala?" he asks. "I know," admits Dean, "He just kinda asked me for it, and I let him take it". "You what?" exclaims Sam. "He full on Obi-Wan-d me! It's mind control, man!" Dean cries indignantly. Whilst Sam is distracted, Dr. Jennings suddenly walks out into the street, and is hit full on by the bus.

The police are talking to Andy, and Andy tells them that Ansem shot himself, and they saw it happen. The police believe him because of his power. Sam and Dean are watching. "He's getting better at it," says Sam. Andy looks at Tracey but she looks away. "She won't even look at me," Andy says to them, and Sam replies "Yeah, she's pretty shaken up." "No, it's different. I've never used my mind thing on her. Before last night. She's scared of me now." Andy replies sadly. Sam tells him that they have to leave, but he gives Andy his cell number and tells him that if anything comes up, he can call him. Andy asks what he's supposed to do now, and Dean tells him "Be good, Andy. Or we'll be back". The boys walk away. "So, I was right about Andy," says Sam. "He was a killer after all". "He's a hero," says Dean. "He saved his girlfriend's life. He saved my life". "Bottom line, last night, he wasted somebody," says Sam. "He's not a foaming at the mouth psycho," replies Dean. "He was pushed into that." Sam says they all were. Ansem was, Max was, and Sam himself was by Jessica's death. Dean asks him what his point is, and Sam says that under the right circumstances, everybody is capable of murder. "You know, maybe that's what the Demon is doing. Pushing us. Finding ways to break us". "Sam ,we don't know what the Demon wants, okay? Quit worrying about it". Dean walks over to the car. "I heard you before when Andy made you tell the truth. You're just as scared of this as I am," insists Sam. Dean argues that he was mind controlled, and says they just have to keep doing what they're doing, and find the Demon and kill it. Then he gets a call from Ellen, and they go the Roadhouse.
THE ROADHOUSE - Ellen tells Jo to get another case of beer, and even though Jo complains, Ellen makes her go. Ellen then asks Dean and Sam if they want to tell her about the last hunt they were on. "Not really," replies Dean. "No offense, it's just kind of a family thing." "Not anymore," says Ellen, pulling out some papers. "I got this stuff from Ash. Andrew Gallagher's house burnt down on his six month birthday, just like yours. You think it was the Demon both times, don't you?". Sam says yes. Dean cuts in and says it's none of her business. She tells him to mind his tongue with her. It's not just their war, it's war. She says something big is coming and it's coming fast. She says all they have is each other. "No secrets or half truths here," she adds. Sam then tells her about his powers. He tells her that the Demon said he had plans for the people like him. Ellen asks if the psychics are dangerous, and Dean says no, not all of them. Sam adds but some of them are. Ellen asks if they have anything else in common, and Dean tells her about the mother always being killed in a fire on the night of the kid's six month birthday, but Sam cuts in and says that's not true. Sam says that there was no fire in Ansem's past. Nothing out of the ordinary. Ellen says that it breaks the pattern, which would make them impossible to track. "So there's no way of knowing how many are out there," says Dean. Ellen tells Jo she'd better break out the whiskey instead.
If you're familiar with "Men Who Stare at Goats" or "The Manchurian Candidate" then you know: There was a period in the CIA's history when they performed covert mind-control experiments. If you thought it was fiction, it wasn't.
Azazel's presence in an area will be presaged by cattle deaths, electrical storms, and temperature fluctuations, and can stop clocks and disrupt electrical devices. He is pyrokinetic (can control fire) and impervious to holy water and also demonstrates the power to cause internal bleeding and grievous wounds with his mind. Notably, he once possessed a reaper and used her powers to his own advantage. Like crossroads demons, Azazel can raise the dead, but only after he has sealed a deal with someone and only through the power of a reaper. After Azazel makes an agreement with Mary that would allow him access to baby Sam, he raises John from the dead. He also saves a dying Dean after making a deal with John.
The program was designed to develop mind-control techniques in which the subject suffered extreme conditions at the hands of the researchers, including use of psychedelic drugs, physical and mental abuse, sleep deprivation, and malnourishment.
When Magneto, Mastermind, and Toad fled from X-Men's attacks, Wanda chose to stay behind. All by herself, she demanded that the X-Men release her brother immediately, but she was in no position to impose demands. Namor, however, came to her aid and started to fight the X-Men. He easily defeated the Beast and the Angel but was immobilized by Cyclops' blasts. Before their fight could escalate further, Professor X intervened, revealing to Wanda that he had placed Quicksilver under mind-control. He was willing to release him to Wanda's custody, as he didn't consider the twins anything more than Magneto's pawns.
Concurrently, the Scarlet Witch was recruited by the Avengers chairperson, the Black Panther, to investigate the Savage Land during the Cotati invasion. One of the Cotati, Veltri, unleashed a controlled Man-Thing against the team and also revealed that they had Shanna the She-Devil under their control as well. Shanna attempted to convince her husband Ka-Zar to join the Cotati while the Avengers were immobilized. The Scarlet Witch employed her magic to take Ka-Zar into his wife's mind to free her from the Cotati. After Ka-Zar was stabbed by the Black Knight's Ebony Blade, the Scarlet Witch, Doctor Voodoo, and Shanna worked together to revive him. With the Cotati in the Savage Land overpowered, the Scarlet Witch joined the other Avengers in their victorious final fight against the aliens. As a celebration, the Scarlet Witch attended the wedding of Wiccan and Hulkling.
Because difficult-to-control anger and aggression are common personality traits in even those werewolves who have not activated their lycanthropy, the likelihood of them losing control of their rage and inadvertently triggering their werewolf gene by accidentally killing someone is quite high; it is even speculated that the anger and aggression inherent in werewolves is intended to increase the likelihood that a werewolf will activate their lycanthropy. However, it is possible for an untriggered werewolf to go their entire life without killing; in fact, this happens frequently enough that in some cases, a family's lycanthrope heritage will be kept a secret that will ultimately die with an ancestor, causing the knowledge of their heritage to be lost and remain unknown for generations that follow until a member takes a life and unintentionally triggers their curse; this has happened at least twice in the Lockwood Family's history.
After the gene is triggered, the werewolf's eyes will turn black and gold, and their latent powers (such as increased strength and accelerated healing) will activate instantly; from then on, they will be cursed to painfully transform into a wolf on the night of every full moon (although there are unique circumstances that will prevent a werewolf from having to turn, such as pregnancy (in the case of females), being an Evolved Werewolf, or possessing a Moonlight Amulet). A werewolf who has yet to trigger his or her curse only exhibits one characteristic of lycanthropy: increased aggression and anger on a general basis, which can become overwhelming fits of violent rage leading up to and during the nights of the full moon. Also, until their werewolf genes are activated, untriggered werewolves can be compelled by vampires just like any human, as proven when Damon Salvatore was easily able to compel away Tyler Lockwood's memories of seeing Vicki Donovan "vamped-out" before Tyler had triggered his werewolf gene. After the gene is triggered, however, they become immune to vampire mind control.
However, when Henrik and Klaus broke their village's rule one full moon night and went to watch the wolves turn, Henrik was accidentally attacked and killed by the turned wolves. Determined to not lose any more family, but also not wanting to move away again, Mikael convinced Esther to tap into Dark Magic to perform a modified version of the witch Qetsiyah's Immortality Spell in order to turn Mikael and their children into nearly-invulnerable beings. Once turned, Mikael and their children gained enhanced strength, speed, reflexes, and healing superior to the werewolves that would ensure their protection from their supernatural neighbors, and their new species eventually became known as the Original vampires. However, the ritual had unexpected side effects, and the newly-turned family's lust for blood eventually led them to inadvertently shatter the peace of their village, as their lack of control over their newborn vampire hunger led to them being unable to resist feeding on the innocent inhabitants of the town.
Oliver was put in stocks in Lafayette Cemetery as a message to the other wolves of what would happen to traitors, and the werewolves were ordered by Finn to spread word that Oliver would be executed for his crimes at midnight. When Hayley heard this news, she went to Marcel and Gia for help rescuing him, knowing that finding Oliver could help them figure out where Elijah was being kept. Cami distracted Finn while Marcel and Gia distracted Finn's guards and assured that she wouldn't be harmed, allowing the recently-resurrected Ansel and Hayley to sneak into the Lycée to save Oliver. Once he was found and unbound, Ansel held off the werewolves with his blade while Hayley and Oliver went out the back. They ran into another group of werewolves, led by Aiden, who initially intended to capture them both, but after Oliver reminded them of how they were being manipulated and used as slaves for people who want to control them, they eventually relented and allowed them to leave. Unfortunately, when Oliver and Hayley returned to the Bayou, Oliver was eventually stricken by the witches' spell and died despite being freed from captivity. 041b061a72
